My Poppie is just brimming with wisdom. This morning he sent me this message and it was just what I needed to hear. He said:
"Sorrow causes deep scars and writes its story on your suffering heart.
You will never completely recover from your greatest griefs.
And will never be exactly the same after passing through this sorrow.
But, this sorrow, will forever instill in your heart, a greater sense of compassion for others. Indeed, those who have no scars of sorrow or suffering upon them, are poor."
